Subject Access Request

You are being asked to provide your name, email address and identity information for the purpose of verifying your identity, then assessing and responding to your Subject Access Request.

You are giving your data to Allstrat Ltd, trading as "Responsible Data Use", as the data controller.

Your data is processed by us as we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR in responding to your Subject Access Request. This is a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Your data will be kept for the duration of the Subject Access Request. On completion of the request a record will be kept of your name, email address and category description of they type of data involved - but not the personal data itself - with a unique identifier number for your request. All other information about the request will be deleted within two months of the conclusion of the request.

If the request involves us sending a copy of your personal data to you, we will maintain a copy for two months following the conclusion of the request. The copy will then be securely deleted.

Your personal data will be shared with a service provider called DP Organizer, who are contracted to us as a data processor. Your data will remain within the EEA.
