When you find yourself in a situation where you want to have as much of this done for you as possible - or where there is so much to do you don't know where to start - Private Client is for you.

An initial chat - a free, no obligation, discussion of your situation and what you want to achieve - helps us to decide if we should work together.

You tell us what you want to achieve. We will ask you questions about all sorts of things. You can ask us whatever you like.

When we agree that we should work together, your Private Client experience usually starts with us carrying out a minimum of a two day appraisal of your situation. This depends on what you want to achieve of course. We call this "discovery". We need to be clear about what we're dealing with before we can make any recommendations.

  1. Within seven days of the Discovery appraisal we will deliver to you a Statement of Findings. This will contain our recommendations for what needs to be done. Where possible we will give you options.

  2. You will be able to use this statement of findings as a specification for the work to be done.

  3. The specification of the statement of findings is how we propose to deliver the transformation you're looking for: From where you are now, to where you want to be.

  4. If you choose us to carry out the work, we guarantee that the work will be done on time and on budget or there will be a rebate of 25% of the agreed fee back to you.

  5. The initial appraisal "Discovery" phase will usually be carried out online.

  6. If you prefer to have the discovery work carried out on-site, we can discuss that and provide you with prices for the work.

You can use the calendar below to book an appointment for an initial chat.

Remember, there's no obligation. At this early stage all it will cost you is your time.
